There is no positive in this organization.... Just office look is nice

Dislikes

It's a worst company I have never saw in my carrier... They just need employers who tells gossips on other's and they will give salary to them only... They will not pay to people who work.... Salaries will be paid once in 3 month's... They say that the company is in loss.... Accounts manager is a guy who don't have sense at all and coming to HR... She is like bludy girl... I don't want to use such language over here... Guy's please understand and don't join in this organization

Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
