The new business head which they have hired does not know how to treat employees, uses foul & abusive language while talking to internal team members & channel partners, has zero interpersonal skills, disorganised, meetings blocked for 1 hour lasts for 5 hours he is not able to conclude on this, no respect for time. Hiring him was the biggest mistake which Khatabook has done, his background was not checked properly, the partners are aware that he was fired from Tally for misconduct.

Dislikes

No Provident fund, Health Insurance facilities and need some more funds on local expenses. For 2 months notice period sometimes you can loose good opportunity.
