You are not need to work hard. Not need to you your mind. Can be free from office work you can do the task of boss's personal tasks like - bazar se sabji lana, mithai lana, khana lana, unki ladki ko school se ghar chodna etc

You can't open your mouth, the boss is always right, the director doesn't understand how to handle the situation, HR doesn't know how to do his job properly, everything unprofessional.
