You are not need to work hard. Not need to you your mind. Can be free from office work you can do the task of boss's personal tasks like - bazar se sabji lana, mithai lana, khana lana, unki ladki ko school se ghar chodna etc

Dislikes

You can't open your mouth, the boss is always right, the director doesn't understand how to handle the situation, HR doesn't know how to do his job properly, everything unprofessional. They don't even know the hierarchy system, your junior can give you the orders and you have to follow that as per SVG culture. No job security, they can ask your resignation any time. If you denied then they starts blame on you, ultimately you have to go. WFH culture only for girls who are beautiful (make sense).

During the covid-19 crisis, small employees like us were not supported by the company, as well as small employees like us were also fired from the company to save their funds. Employees have been exploited by the company for their own benefits.
