Svc bank is community base bank where community is prefer over talent.Bank offers very low salary than industry standard one cannot afford to stay in metro city with this low salary. Longer working hour and being in bank have to work on alternate Saturdays too.Union and association are just sake of name and do not oppose any stupid HR policies for example one cannot take privilege leave between January to March and other month you cannot avail as seniors will not make you to take leave. In case if you go against HR for any reason then your life will become miserable. Lot of office politics that feels like you are working with idiots. Senior people are very egoistic if they found you are smarter than them then just create unnecessary troubles for you for no reason.You have to follow stupid order otherwise life will be tough for you. I will suggest better not to join this organization to ruin your career and life.Better to join somewhere else.

Facilities provided by bank are good salary of a CSR is not sufficient to survive in today's word.growth depends on sales and approach.training is provided by bank.in hand salary is 13000.

Association members do not co-operate a CSR and take advantage of them.sales with operations.slow account opening process.digital banking platform is not developed sufficiently.

There is lot to learn when it comes to banking aspects, as new challenges will be faced . When I started my career, I was well trained by my fellow team mates which has excelled my confidence and boosted my career growth.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. If any person expects career growth in short span, then a person has to work hard and smart.

Work Life Balance is perfect at this company. Though There is a performance appraisal yearly , every five year's once there is a entire salary revision. Continues learning in different area's like operation , marketing , credit analysis and much more. Irrespective of post each and every one can work along with their superiors to enhance our knowledge

Promotions are adverse , Through there is lot of opportunity to learn but unable to get promotions for next level at southern zone because of limited number of branches.
