I'm very much proud to be part of SVC bank which is 2nd largest co-op bank in the country n providing family insurance to the staff

Salary is very less comparing to other banks especially Cosmo politen cities like Hyderabad,Bangalore,Mumbai,Chennai There is no recognization for business in terms of promotion for the past 7 years Still the bank is following 1906 rules only If you don't find any job then try this bank or else go for any other company

Work Life Balance is perfect at this company. Though There is a performance appraisal yearly , every five year's once there is a entire salary revision. Continues learning in different area's like operation , marketing , credit analysis and much more. Irrespective of post each and every one can work along with their superiors to enhance our knowledge

Dislikes

Promotions are adverse , Through there is lot of opportunity to learn but unable to get promotions for next level at southern zone because of limited number of branches.

If you don't find any job may be this bank is the last option then only you choose or else it is a waste n community based bank n you don't get promotion if you apply for couple of times no appreciation nothing no of branches in the country is very less n higherups are earning more salary n branch staff is striving for accounts n bearing the torture so my sincere advise is don't join in this bank if you join you can't adjust n salary is very less

All the things you don't know who will get promotion n who will get transfer n moreover there is no salary hike once in a year they will increase salary of 1000/- n HRM of svc is worst than any bank they will treat themselves are head of the bank n they dont listen staff issues n bank is very back comparing to other banks while coming to latest technology n other things if you get chance to work back end without hesitate join or else go fo another job definitely you feel better

... not co operate with other staff and keeps insulting them by misusing her power. She does not do 10% also work of her salary. She gets work done from her juniors and tells her seniors that she has done it which is a complete lie. She creates negative impression of others to seniors by saying that others do not know anything. You can have a confidential review with any staff from legal department of saraswat bank. Due to lot many complaints from other staff she was not promoted as an AGM. So she is trying in SVC for it. She is originally not from saraswat bank, but has spoilt the culture of our bank. Pls think 10 times before recruiting her.

Svc bank is community base bank where community is prefer over talent.Bank offers very low salary than industry standard one cannot afford to stay in metro city with this low salary. Longer working hour and being in bank have to work on alternate Saturdays too.Union and association are just sake of name and do not oppose any stupid HR policies for example one cannot take privilege leave between January to March and other month you cannot avail as seniors will not make you to take leave. In case if you go against HR for any reason then your life will become miserable. Lot of office politics that feels like you are working with idiots. Senior people are very egoistic if they found you are smarter than them then just create unnecessary troubles for you for no reason.You have to follow stupid order otherwise life will be tough for you. I will suggest better not to join this organization to ruin your career and life.Better to join somewhere else.
