1. Terrible Management: The Tech Team manager is Rude, unprofessional, and lacks even basic knowledge of web development. He constantly expects interns to handle entire projects independently without offering any guidance. When interns ask for help, he dismissively tells them to just "use AI," showing his complete disinterest in supporting the team. 2. Abusive Founder with Exploitative Practice: The founder is openly abusive and has a mindset focused solely on exploiting interns. despite promises. interns often don't receive any stipend even after three or more months of hard work on real projects. The treatment is unfair and demoralizing. 3. No HR support: The company doesn't even have a proper HR team or a formal way for interns to address issues. There's no safe channel to report mistreatment or seek assistance.
