"In Edusports, salary growth is capped at a certain level. If one desires a higher salary beyond this limit, a promotion is required. I believe this policy is unfair. If it weren't in place, I would never have considered leaving Edusports

...re good but we lost our government benefits whybecause it's not a permanent job. They didn't salary hike and bonus every year.

I have learned a lot from edusports company. work culture and company policies is very good.

Dislikes

I gave 3 years to the company but the company did not send any message or call even once in corona time. I call our boss but he does not respond anything.There is no one to raise our point.We do not even know whether we are part of the company or not. Still I'm not doing anything So I request you to please think about us.

The motive of the company is very good towards getting more and more children to play and experience the magic of sports with the best use of technolgy. Work culture is very good.

Dislikes

Compensation is on the lower side and at times the work pressure is high but that should not be counted because in every organization you work, the pressure increases 2 to 3 times a year which is temporary and one should have the capabilities to handle it.

Likes

Work environment and culture. As an employee I would never leave this company looking at the flexibility of work and timings. Friendly environment where people help each other at every stage. Will have a wonderful learning experience.

Probably the increament. But, it's still negotiable
