Nothing to learn,Low salary, company bond,HR policies make fool to employees no any salary slab .they hire low salary supervisor doesn't matter experience, previous company , previous designation,.3 to10 years experience all are on same designation.boring life , company location , company hours like jail,they hire manager on high salary and they are work according to HR team manager are not supported to team.always support to Nothing to like in this company.

Good for FTC n fresher. For lower position.

.... Disclosed of employee promotion process not there. Lala culture still persist. Company changes policy for new employee but not sure about old employee, pay grade is not good or as per market for old employees. As a new employee multiple promise will be made not sure about future.

... specially in Plant Control since years and all rests are underrated by seniors 2 huge gap in salary structure due to above behaviour 3 Non AC bus transportation for Indians during long travelling on daily basis 4 Performance System is very delay n poor

Discipline and Punctuality is good. Rules and regulations were strong and following strict.

Long procedure for taking any approval. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No technical trainings.

...t policy and There is no promotion policy. Diwali bonus is also not available. is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues salary is decent but career growth is very slow.
