...organisation and workighard for that but indian management doing cheap politics as well as doing regional Favouritism -Bonus also one of best part for motivation many people work here only for bonus part - Some Department having lots of freedom for work - Transportation AC bus as well as Taxi facility incase of Emergency

- Poor and Cheap indian management politics to demotivate talanted Employee and Growing favorites and region wise employee - Festival celebrate and Enjoy only by HR and Admin department other departments employees are hired only for production they allowed only enjoy inside company festival on paper but in actuality HR and Admin Department or General shift employees can enjoy all arrangements - Whole Company having their decided policy for leaves and all other benifits while One Assembly Shop ruling by their own policies for leaves and other company policy even their Department Manager running internal department by dictatorship and Pressurized to junior employees at each and every stage by threating for low appraisal which lead many good employee leave organisation due to shopwiase poor management and Senior HR management not capable to take action against that kind of Managers which is total failure of management. - No Work Life balance for Hard working people - In some department avail leaves are only for showoff in account while actually not getting required leave when actually needed and in some department people enjoy their leave and all other companies benifits which doesn't effect their appraisal where some people get always higer rating even after taking more leave , eating gutkhas always inside shop using smart phone for share market during working hours at shop floor no any rules for them - You Don't have ane Decision power for work you need to Always depending on japnees approval - If You Want Unhealthy and No Family time Life then Join as many vacancies are there as Japnees make company culture good but they are helpless

1. Good hike during promotion appraisal 2. Work life balance 3. Job security

1. Salary Structure poor 2. No confirmed dates for yearly appraisal. 3. Japanese persons are ok but Indian top management is very greedy. Not thinking about employes 4. No extra activities for employes. 5. You have to perform same work twice as all management wants Paper as well as system input 6. QA department is the poorest of all dept. 7. Employee resignation avg. 1 per month in QA dept. Some times 4-5 person leaving in same month 8. Poor management structure. Old employees who have worked hard during green field stage No attention towards them. 9. New employees directly coming to upper stages of the structure. 10. Remote location from city about 45 km from Mehsana & 50 km from kadi. 11. No Drinking or Non veg for outsiders 12. Japanese employees full priority given. All are having cab facilities & Dormitories for leaving. Also overtime for them. Salaries in Crores for them. 13. If you are going on official trip & investing your money you have to do lot of tasks for claiming it back as company feels like they are making you proud by giving the travel expenses. Also ticket booking/cab booking is a lengthy task. 14. You cannot book the company car from home. You have to come & go from company by company car when going outside. This affects the working time as employee lefts half day from the destination. 15. If one second punching is late half day gets cut. 16. Total paper wastage in all the dept. as you are taking lot of printouts for explaining the issues. 17. If some issue is occuring you have to make the paper first against taking action against that issue. 18. Incapable staff filled in top management as they require lot of explanation.

Brand Name, Salary package, these 2 things are good.

Dislikes

Work culture, HR Policies, hold of Japanese everywhere are few things which doesn't make suitable working environment. Policies such as 1 min late reporting in company will cost you half day leave, no short leave facility. work timing which counts tea breaks as well 9:00-5:45 pm. No saturday off.
