- Some Department having lots of freedom for work
- Transportation AC bus as well as Taxi facility incase of Emergency
- Poor and Cheap indian management politics to demotivate talanted Employee and Growing favorites and region wise employee
- Festival celebrate and Enjoy only by HR and Admin department other departments employees are hired only for production they allowed only enjoy inside company festival on paper but in actuality HR and Admin Department or General shift employees can enjoy all arrangements
- Whole Company having their decided policy for leaves and all other benifits while One Assembly Shop ruling by their own policies for leaves and other company policy even their Department Manager running internal department by dictatorship and Pressurized to junior employees at each and every stage by threating for low appraisal which lead many good employee leave organisation due to shopwiase poor management and Senior HR management not capable to take action against that kind of Managers which is total failure of management.

- In some department avail leaves are only for showoff in account while actually not getting required leave when actually needed and in some department people enjoy their leave and all other companies benifits which doesn't effect their appraisal where some people get always higer rating even after taking more leave , eating gutkhas always inside shop using smart phone for share market during working hours at shop floor no any rules for them
