Safety culture is very best in this company, All work without safety is not happened. Every process rules and procedures decided. Without any training of member can not work.

Dislikes

No time for increment, not sure about bonus, not sure about management decisions, any time change .poor HR policy.

Toxic work culture & incompetent managers and fraud professional certificate holders working in majority.including very senior members. Japan management does not understand or do not bother as they are interested only in profit/production.

1.You will learn new skills. 2.Provides good package. 3.Bonus of this Organization is awesome. 4.Workload is good. 5.Sonetimes your seniors will support you.

Dislikes

1.Leaves are very hard to be approved. 2.Some managers and seniors will try to put pressure on you. 3.Mostly the place near the company are surrounded with very illetrate and fraudulent people. Mostly any auto person will try to show arm on you just for nothing. And in Night shifts local people (few) will try to stole your money wallet all valuable thing.

There are lots of reasons for Dislike No proper standard for work culture,No learning , they Demotivate, almost 12 hours spends in a day. They pressurized alot, even after company hours you thought you are in company due to frustration and pressure.

1. Salary Structure poor 2. No confirmed dates for yearly appraisal. 3. Japanese persons are ok but Indian top management is very greedy. Not thinking about employes 4. No extra activities for employes. 5. You have to perform same work twice as all management wants Paper as well as system input 6. QA department is the poorest of all dept. 7. Employee resignation avg. 1 per month in QA dept. Some times 4-5 person leaving in same month 8. Poor management structure. Old employees who have worked hard during green field stage No attention towards them. 9. New employees directly coming to upper stages of the structure. 10. Remote location from city about 45 km from Mehsana & 50 km from kadi. 11. No Drinking or Non veg for outsiders 12. Japanese employees full priority given. All are having cab facilities & Dormitories for leaving. Also overtime for them. Salaries in Crores for them. 13. If you are going on official trip & investing your money you have to do lot of tasks for claiming it back as company feels like they are making you proud by giving the travel expenses. Also ticket booking/cab booking is a lengthy task. 14. You cannot book the company car from home. You have to come & go from company by company car when going outside. This affects the working time as employee lefts half day from the destination. 15. If one second punching is late half day gets cut. 16. Total paper wastage in all the dept. as you are taking lot of printouts for explaining the issues. 17. If some issue is occuring you have to make the paper first against taking action against that issue. 18. Incapable staff filled in top management as they require lot of explanation.
