Extremely hard work in suzlon. No duty hour fix and no overtime. Worst condition than labour. Finally company degrading due to employees dissatisfaction and unstability.

Training is very poor, career growth is very worst, salary appraisal is very bad, politics is very bad stooping company & individual growth, work-life balance is very poor everyone is overloaded no personal & family life other than company work

The main issue in Suzlon is the management is not taking care of its employees. The uppermost management is giving facilities to their lower management but the adminstration team and site in-charge are not giving benifits to their employees. This is mejor issue I've been facing scene I've join this group.

I love the fact that of the company sharing us by mail i am realy happy i am part of the company high quality prodect and has a globle client base, I get to triavel abroad in south africa (cook house) Project onther plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture and company back round and we work happily in collaboration.and i also like the employee re-hireing policy here

manager do not value an individuals unique strength which is way i ahave take back my suggestions most of time .
