We have 100% job security in suzlon but work is not modern its required to improve. Company policy will also required to modify.

Dislikes

Management employees salary is good but field engineers salary are not good and career growth is very constructive that you are not promated before spending 2 year in company and also L&D department is dead condition .

No Timings, No response from senior, low salary, No good food. I suggested for freshers pls go for another company because I am also joined as fresher.

Dislikes

Management is worst and they will not provide any OT and Tamil site incharge will act as sadistic.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
