We have 100% job security in suzlon but work is not modern its required to improve. Company policy will also required to modify.

Very low salary and No increments and full pressure work.

Dislikes

No Timings, No response from senior, low salary, No good food. I suggested for freshers pls go for another company because I am also joined as fresher.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
