Work life balance is great. You get good exposure and get to interact with people from various domains. IT department has a fairly open office policy.

Dislikes

Compensation is not so great, at least for an IT professional. Not so great exposure for a technical person. Limited learning and upskilling opportunities.

Nothing good about suzlons vadodara plant.

Dislikes

Salary structuur at suzlon vadodara plant is very low. Our plant head is not providing good salary structure and also basic facilities to worker, such as canteen office, furniture, storage rackes, material movement equpments etc.

Salary creadit on time,100% support from top management.tour accomodation.

Dislikes

No holidays ,even on Sunday you have to work they gave comp off but work life balance is very bad,in this job you have to ready for travel any time in all over india.
