At site level people are really great they will help you through out your tenure till you are working at Site in O&M

No promotions Do not expect salary hikes. Even if you do good things your Manager will not give you recognition ,either he will show to seniors that he had done this good work or he will not show what good things you have done to improve culture. Promotions & other things will be given to those only who are close to manager Even if he is not doing anything. Always asked to Lie if any senior person visits No integrity at all. Your creativity will not be recognised at all. Lots of Internal politics.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality product as global client base. As a result, I get to travel PAN India, especially TN, AP , Gujarat... Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we worked happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. Due to the regular trips and traveling, personal life disturbing,

Salary structuur at suzlon vadodara plant is very low. Our plant head is not providing good salary structure and also basic facilities to worker, such as canteen office, furniture, storage rackes, material movement equpments etc.
