At site level people are really great they will help you through out your tenure till you are working at Site in O&M

Dislikes

No promotions Do not expect salary hikes. Even if you do good things your Manager will not give you recognition ,either he will show to seniors that he had done this good work or he will not show what good things you have done to improve culture. Promotions & other things will be given to those only who are close to manager Even if he is not doing anything. Always asked to Lie if any senior person visits No integrity at all. Your creativity will not be recognised at all. Lots of Internal politics.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual ' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time l do receive appreciation emails from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal. Also there is no on job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to hide them step - by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Here working space is more in company ,they maintain 5s system strictly.they provide free food and accommodation for service engineers who go for site work from manufacturing plant

I worked there as a service engineer under a contract they give less salary and insensitive for me. Its totally aa risky job. Still i have salary pending from suzlon around 43 days.
