...ery year they will delay 3 to 9 months to approve the hike as per your bond.....Most probably 60% of the time you will never your salary On Time..... often completing your bond they won't give a Relieving Date and they make nitice period more than 5 months....Every weekend one person needs support on Saturday and Sunday.They won't give salary and comp off...some times You will receive calls at night from testing people even if u work that won't be considered anyware....no benefits, Nothing If they will give Orginal Certificates to employees more than 50% of the people leave the company With in month's only...... A lot of rules Are there inside......It is a 25 year old company they will say like all issues came by you people...... if I'm 2 to 3 years experience how I'm responsible for the product developed more than 10 to 15 years Note:- Freshers avoid this company for a better future. Absolutely You will learn skills but u can't Earn your need to sacrifice your 4 years career...

Good for fresher. Flexible timings. Good holiday policies. No traveling for female candidate. Teammates are very supportive.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics.salary is less not much hike is provided.Management needs to be improved . For fresher 1 year agreement no pf no leave benefits no pay slip provided. Limited scope for experience candidate and low package for experience candidate. No work from home provided in extreme situations as well.

Worst company .no.1 fraud company.they will cheat their employs..3.5 years bond.they don't provide bond copy also.And they will keep original study certificates.if any one don't want to work their.They will do some harsh extortion as per bond 2 lakhs..they don't give you experience certificate.if you drop in the middle of bond period.And no test tools ..and worst working culture.

The drawback is here 3 years bond on before not possible to resign, This covid pandemic situation also not given proper salary & in future I don't know what happen actually, company can also be removed..
