... the facts but they don't support.. They have kept gundas to scare employees.. Which inturn are given benifits such as salary hike, promotion , retention after retirement.Because these are eyes of management. All chugali khor are there in Suttatti.So don't join.they simply play with yr careers.. Management wants High potential people and their own people are jealous don't let others perform especially who come with new ideas. All confidential informations is passed on to their faithful employees to spread in the entire work place. Even the canteen person will know about the information.

Everything i disliked about the company. It's been months that I am jobless..

The team which I belongs to is gives me a great work experience. Company adopt new technologies it leads to a continuous improvement in both quality and performance.

...ompany facilities are very poor Like canteen ,transport, health insurance etc. Compensation is decent but growth rate is low

If you are good at work then no issue for the security,Work culture is not so good, company policies are average.

They say maintain work time , but in actually not works they expect to work late.some pepole are having very low skills but management consider thier opinion. And career growth is low , you can work here for 2 to 3 years so that you can gain knowledge . And lastly polictics it is common but here company runs because of it I guess....😅

Excellent opportunities to grow the company with skilled work force but local environment is killing the groth rate & ROSE , profitability .for multiple production can not achieved. Vission & mission is lacking.

Multiple windo of board of directors for instruction which creating main focus hampered the creditably towards the customers & other middle management team.

Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Most of the times, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day. Manager do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take take back my suggestions most of the times. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers.
