Here I like only one thing we get the salary on time. And work days are mon - fri.

Here we don't get hike properly yearly basis if they give also they will give you very late....and whenever they give you hike they will extend your one year bond and for hike you need to request to your manager....it's product based company but here work pressure you have alot...if you don't perform well they can terminate you immediately and for experience person this is not good option for fresher it's ok with 2.6 year bond...and notice period is 3 month if your dependency is less they can remove you immediately but atleast they take 60 days ....here managers are the boss...you need to obey them and behave like a good boy then fine .. otherwise you will get less requirements, hike, and less chance for new technology...they used mostly old technologies...if you have another option don't join here

Hr policies are beneficial for employee,Hr was cooperative enough, good place for freshers. Work life balance is there. Team was nice colleagues are friendly.

Lead pushes to their colleagues to participate into politics.

SutiSoft is great place to work and learn new things. It's good company, my team lead and company helped me a lot to learn new technologies. I have learnt so many things related new technologies. I fully satisfied.

Dislikes

There is no dislike about company from my side. SutiSoft is a good platform to grow at all aspects.
