Overall company functions are good but in salary structure i think it is poor for right candidate . Rest of all company does not have system structure for operation hence problems occurs like suspense amount statements noc etc

Plus point - Colleagues including all seniors are very helpful and open minded. Overall its a great environment and colleagues to work with. Gained wonderful experience.

...or months inspite of my official timing which has mentioned in the letter i.e. 8:15, and got nothing good in return in terms of any perks or OT pay. No compensation. No aprreciation

Good workplace for freshers as well for career movers. Company has a firm cultural base of JISL. Dealing business with hand to hand support of JISL dealers network is somewhat secured. Good work environment throughout all Verticals.

I am happy in safl working.financing to agriculture loan like that instalation of drip,sprinkler,pipeline,Agri project finance like fencing,shednet,green house etc.exceptionly product to given loan well know strategies in safl.one of the part improve the agriculture income of the farmer.

Safl is a NBFC.most of the people unkown the safl.stricly doccumentation part for sanctioning process so have not complet the target.
