the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology so i love the fact that i am part of a team.

Dislikes

compensation is decent but growth is normal way. the work pressure is very hing for statutory occasion. i have to work 8-9 hours straight in a day as i have attend meeting in the evening.

My biggest regret was to join this company. Whenever they're not satisfied with you they might illegally tell you to resign or else you won't get your experience certificate. They make you work for 11 to 12 hours a day and that too in minimum wage.

The institution is one of the best institution in West Bengal in care of eyes.there is a good oppurtunity to learn every type of works like front desk counselling doctors room and ot.my all collesgues come from various cultural backgrounds.we work happily in collaboration.all seniors help junior staffs to devolop their working capacity.

The working hours are too long which is 11 hour.

the hospital has advance eye care services. lots of community work which is the first aim of a medical practitioner

No proper job description, everybody does everything yet nothing. Being an *****, I could not divulge into my core work, because I was always submerged in other stuffs.
