a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Nothing in India. USA office staff good and cooperative. In this company one phrase suits " A Dirty Fish Spoil the whole Pond". Only 1 person in this company makes the environment pathetic for everyone. Only those people enjoy who loves to buttering and doing his personal works.

...boy in a Day time Only. In evening management feel we have to follow US culture. -No fix day for salary -Poor Management. Only you survive if you able to continuously watch screen without any work. Least interested with productivity only believe in quantity of work you done. -No MNC culture and employee benefits -No Celebration and even employees are not allowed to celebrate any thing. - Working here like you again join a school where you have to sit quiet if its free period. - Preferable timings and number of holidays for favorite employees only. - Unwanted taunts and statements passed by the Operation Manager.

Old Man watching you on cameras continuously asking what are you doing , why are you talking. Its like old school culture, old Man Sleeping and snoring, you can handle him more than 2 minutes. Else the owners are good but they live in USA
