...ty. Too much costly PG around the campus. No accommodation for faculty member. Salary delay.

Central campus near metro, free safe parking inside, cheap food in canteen, mostly 9 to 5 30 job.

Work-life balance - Excellent

... we are getting health insurance soon and this hasn't happened for last 2 years. I was even told 5 days working but made to work 6 with no extra pay. No diwali sweets forget a bonus. It's like being in a non hindu place with not even a light put on diwali. The history of ansals is known to all so same is their management here. No perks as well either. Salary are late majority of times with no clarity given when we will get it so hope you don't have much EMI or be prepare to ruin credit score. No team outings or even a birthday celebration done.

Since its located in Gurgaon, the students are a competitive lot & as a Faculty you love to teach. The prime location is a plus point Co-Faculty are good

Dislikes

There are a lot of administrative issues. The HR and accounts never respond to your queries. They even donot release full and final payments of ex employees as well as payments of visitng faculty and jurors. The management also does not credit increments

It is the most unprofessional and unethical organization I have ever worked in. Not recommended for anyone having progressive career.

Dislikes

No job security even at senior positions, salaries can be delayed by 2 to 3 months, a lots of internal politics togeather with favourism, derth of competent leadership and a huge financial constraints and lack of resources
