Honestly, there's not much to like. The only positive might be the occasional tea breaks, but even that feels like the bare minimum. There are no real appreciations for employee efforts, no perks. Its hard to find anything genuinely enjoyable about working here.

Dislikes

...re very arrogant and behaving their employees like the employee are their slave. Pay is well below and no increments, they promote you in work not in the salary and there are no benefits or incentives. The workload is unreasonable. Communication is poor. Overall, it's a deeply frustration and demoralizing experience.

Teammates are good and well experinced trainers and managers

Dislikes

Not respond when critical time like funding to training center or partner and not attending MD level meeting with Govt officials, Salaries are not given on time and salary and they have no salary date
