Salary delay, Daily output based meeting with MD and HOD.Nothing you like,Suffocated environment,Don't join even you are jobless,no Cordination,long hours,No facilities,all Projects are delayed and every month lots of resign.

...taff facilities available,medical insurance also not available, Long work hours.salary deduction.

Salary range is good.

...tors and employees (They wont pay final settlement to people who resign and go) * Salary not on time * Mental torture (especially from MD's brother who doesn't know anything and he will use bad words) * They will blame you for all (with out manpower and material how any one can handle client). * They will pay client representatives to certify bills (But in site client will kill you saying your company not providing manpower and material on time)

Salary delay from last 3 months, projects are overbudget,no project are on time .no one take responsibilty for material and resources ,employees are crying due to instability and torcher done by MD,HR,young brother who is very rude .MD even don't know English .language issues.

... driven and the owner who has no technical knowledge. All depends on your money. No salary for last 3 months. You should say 'yes' for whatever GM and HR says. Else you won't get any response for sure. The GM and HR does not know how to run a project. The non-technical GM won't understand any technical issues. HR can't take any decision and they need to depend/obey with the owner

Good work environment.Teammate are supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management if poor. While salary discussions before joining they are ok with our discussions and after joining there is lots of changes occurs and career growth is slow. There is no free transport or transport allowance as well as no soft skill training.
