Management was harsh and it is not a place where you can grow as far as your career is concerned. For short term you can be there. They do not value the doctors and nurses. So sometimes you feel pathetic being a doctor

The director's driver interferes in every work, we have to be afraid of him every time, otherwise he spreads rumors against us And the interesting thing is that the director also reacts to her inclination, he will never ask us reality.This is the worst thing out there, otherwise hospital work has no problem.

The company iand the management alway gives the oppurunities. Nice team, and there is good job security and had oppurtunity for career growth.

Comensation is good but growth ratio is average. And there is work pressure.
