Employee's have good relations with each other which makes the journey bit easygoing.

Dislikes

Higher management and the system have no concern for employees n no work ethic is followed by management, they play dirty politics against junior staff all the benefits and perks are enjoyed by them only, no motivation for employees no increment is received

Dislikes

Management was harsh and it is not a place where you can grow as far as your career is concerned. For short term you can be there. They do not value the doctors and nurses. So sometimes you feel pathetic being a doctor
