New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

There is not much about liking.

Dislikes

Typical contractor but advertising as MNC company. Worst RCC Quality and finish. No work life balance with no salary benefits. Only expert in advertisement and show off nothing else.

... on which project team you are working with and what kind of project going on. Overall the company is good, work culture is also good, frankly speaking company didn't disclose their policy, appraisals are fair and can't say anything about salary hikes. Top management of company is very good. The proper communication bridge was maintained in company's culture.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

... you card holder this company you have no leave and no PF, no medical claim. Salary growth is slow more than degree holder. Company has no provide over time for. Duty time period not confirmed before 12th hour we can't leave our duty.
