Typical contractor but advertising as MNC company. Worst RCC Quality and finish. No work life balance with no salary benefits. Only expert in advertisement and show off nothing else.

... on which project team you are working with and what kind of project going on. Overall the company is good, work culture is also good, frankly speaking company didn't disclose their policy, appraisals are fair and can't say anything about salary hikes. Top management of company is very good. The proper communication bridge was maintained in company's culture.

... company but more or less it depends on what kind of project you are working on. And salary is decided by negotiating a lot and it will be always less than your expectations, work experience and education.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There was very unhappy people's in the organisation because some persons are not happy salary so they are use the wrong pattern for the growth.

Duty hours Timing started time morning 7:00am to 10: 00 Pm par day ,site canteen open 09: 00 pm ,no week of, Sunday work is on site .
