Double Pf cutting to in suroj . Not promoted timely. Salary is very less. Bonus is cutting to employer salary and give to employee no any company contribution.

The company is good, the salary also comes on time, there is some problem in food, trainee people do not have much problem, trainees treat people well, senior people good living conditions

There is a lot of politics and career growth is slow. do not get overtime pay

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I love the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration and I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.

Typical contractor but advertising as MNC company. Worst RCC Quality and finish. No work life balance with no salary benefits. Only expert in advertisement and show off nothing else.
