Typical contractor but advertising as MNC company. Worst RCC Quality and finish. No work life balance with no salary benefits. Only expert in advertisement and show off nothing else.

Double Pf cutting to in suroj . Not promoted timely. Salary is very less. Bonus is cutting to employer salary and give to employee no any company contribution.

... on which project team you are working with and what kind of project going on. Overall the company is good, work culture is also good, frankly speaking company didn't disclose their policy, appraisals are fair and can't say anything about salary hikes. Top management of company is very good. The proper communication bridge was maintained in company's culture.
