They will blame you for anything even though that is not related to your department. Toxic environment will be there with inter department staff members. Quality department is exist to show the customer and having zero authority. Management is not bothering about customer satisfaction and Quality products. Appraisal cost will not provide by management for any improvement You will not be allowed do counter with management. Management will disscus a lots about improvement in meeting but they will not allow to implement because of cost. If you try to do any improvement which involves cost then you'll be treated as a culprit. All the improvement points will be there on diary not in real. If you try to improve something management will manipulate you. If you highlight 100 times for any issues they will not respond back and if same happens in future they will catch you and blame you. Final moto of company is to sell the product without considering the quality of product. Management will allow to bypass the process for cost saving and If you rise hand for process bypass then they will mark you and they penalize you untill you leave the organisation.
