My overall Support of my Manager. Mr. Raj Gopal sir. He is always cooperative and very loyal to help me since day 1 of my entry in surgiplus till the date of resignation.

Dislikes

Surgiplus is a proprietorship firm. If it becomes a pvt. Ltd. Company then no one will face problem in future. I believe this will also change soon, as all the changes in the company had took place by the innovative ideas of my Manager as I saw in my last 5.5 years.
