Almost every week we have many kinds of activities like Movie night, dandiya night, Halloween activity, team dinner by company and best part is our CEO - Sumit Gandhi, he is superb man, very down to earth person. He remember every employee name and he always join all the activities with lost of energy. I like him as a person.

There is sandwich leave policy which i hate it and another thing is salary date is 7th of every month.

Culture is very good. Everyone is very supportive. Company provides additional trainings as per the interest after every quarter. Appraisals are best in the industry.

There is biasednes in terms of appraisal and promotions. They have irrespective parameters to judge employee performance. All the decisions related to promotions are making by their management not by the HR team and not on behalf performance.
