i am working properly in last 3 months, in my review i want to clear few things about the company it is marketing insurance company, and they are collected 600rs for training fee, if you are not a proper knowledge about insurance the exam and training will helpful to start a career exam fee only for exam fee , most of the candidate not understand the process in insurance company they are thing like a registration fee they are told before joining everything , sales and team handling but most of the negative review not telling review they explaining the job if your interested in sales and marketing it is suitable for your career, i think people dont know the word of scam, if the people buy a vadai in the new shop, the product is oily means, you skip the vadai dont tell vadai scam , jokes apart later this generation are born in scam regions finally my conclusion : the job is purely leadership based if you are a leader and interested in sales and marketing its suitable for you , thank u

Nothing is good there once they rope you in for the role they will make you pay 600 in the name of Examination and they will immediately ask you to come to office for insurance basic class they ask you to take policy and after that you have to wait till they call you for job they don't provide timely stipend even you complete the assigned task they don't provide exact salary mentioned and that after 5-6 month you will receive stipend.salary after 20 days extra Training and 30 days month completion and that too a meager sum. Even you opted for wfh they ask you to come in the name of training and expenses in coimbatore are typically higher then they provide.

Everything they will mentally harass you in the name of work. If you are a scammer an apt job is this.

In 1st, they speak lies lies lies about their company, job role, salary package, working culture 2nd will be training session. In that, they give you a task to sale policies. In 1st session, one lady come and talk like..... 👉There is no target in our company 👉 Training salary 15k 👉After the training, salary will be 21k+incentives 👉You will be promoted within 2,3 months if you performed well 👉 Friendly working culture 👉No pressure 👉No sales task after training 👉HR, Team lead is your job role after the training 👉 National tour once in 3 months 👉 International tour once in year 👉👉 Finally she say like this... To attend training, you SHOULD PAY 600 rupees for IRDAI exam which Is conducted by IRDAI not by ourselves. Actually the fee is 1500 but you just pay 600 that's enough remaining we will pay for you. 🔴 Everything is lie lie lie🔴 No good company will #not ask you to pay money to work in their company. They recruiting people day by day and loot 600 rupees from each of the innocent. Then 2 months training. In that, you have to sale policies. After the training also you have to sale their policies. SALARY is based on how much you achieved your TARGET. No one cannot achieve their target. Then they will terminate you or else you will quit because of work pressure. They are #using_innocence👈to sale their policies and also looting 600 rupees. I was cheated by them. I lost my 600 rupees. After the training, you do same cheating recruiting process with innocent students, job seekers to loot money. Is this a job!?? This is crime. DON'T GET INVOLVE IN THIS. ❌ Don't fall in their attractive and trustworthy speech❌ All the best for job seekers to get a GOOD job👍
