There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

During the interview, the HR personnel provided vague information and kept emphasizing that other companies pay only ₹8,000–₹9,000 for long working hours. They also mentioned a 45-day training period but could not explain the structure clearly. Furthermore, the reviews I came across later confirmed that the company lacks respect for employees, especially from seniors, and the work environment is toxic. There are also reports of being pressured into insurance-related schemes, which raises further concerns about their authenticity. To anyone considering this company, please research thoroughly before attending. My brief interaction was enough to confirm that this is not a professional or reliable place to work.
