One year of working here is about to be completed, Instead of getting appraisals and salary benefits out of nowhere, I get a PIP mail this is unfair to employees who are working with all the hard work and labor to promote the company Every senior member of the Patna branch who is about to complete 1 year has a PIP. Now it's better to leave the job yourself or get fired by Amar Amar (Branch head according to him) has no regard for his team members. Instead of gazing at female co-workers and mistreating them with foul language and taunts, behave like a senior. No work-life balance No company policy No companionship No increment or bonus No promotion or hike (PIP instead) No professionalism of the manager

Poor communication between clientele and the management. Poor communication with employees and higher authority. An arrogant, brainless, hedonist manager Amar has only qualification to flatter his superiors with utter lies everyday. Amar uses office resources to exploit its employees, passes derogatory remarks to cement his position. He has skill to defame behind your back just to mock. If feel, to work In Sureminds in these conditions is better not working at all.

No policies, no incentive plan for bihar employees Working 10 hrs but no discussion of appraisal. Comaony give 60000 + 20000 rent for bihar office and only 10 employees working their great. Amar think he is CEO of Bihar office. The worst company i have ever seen who is not focusing on Bihar office only looking for Hyderabad Great

I was hired as a Software Developer in April 23 and this company has not provided job security nor helped me in career growth. There is nothing good about this company. One good thing is if you join this company, you ll cry a river in ur life and kill yourself in depression and may take a rehab.

Everything is worst, because this company is a fraud company and will have direct impact of destruction on your life. They ll put you into rehab by making you a mentally challenged person. 60 % of the companies don't hire you from Sureminds and you will become loser in life. If you avoid this company you can achieve various life goal in life and happiness
