Massive lay off .. management only thinks about themselves. Many employee's (many have their responsibilities towards families, even bachelor's) have been laid off for no reason. All of thems life, family and careers are at stake due to poor management of this company. Company's Economic condition is really not good, with no appraisals. No job security even if you are permanent. Work culture is ok. Management is very biased and poor decision making and internal politics.

Worst working culture, there is no work life balance. People are so selfish and head weight people. Especially in urban planning team. Very arrogant. They make us work late nights but no benefits, no increments.
