...loyees on daily basis. He has spoilt careers of many good high level executives. He does not have money to pay high package employees. He hires them with cunning sweet talks. Will learn from these people and will fire them in 2 months. He doesn't know anything about business. He is the biggest failure and just looking for some new investor to dump his share and get out of this loss making company. Because of his whims and fancies the company is running in losses. Please take a feedback from ex employees and Market about this man before joining the company.

...n the form of half day LOP. 5. Salary can get deducted without any valid reason. If attendance portal didn't get updates due to technical glitch you might expect a salary pay cut & the most annoying part is once your salary got deducted for a particular month it won't get credited in future. That's for sure.

Culture, work environment , job security all are pathetic . Every time their is a threat that whether one will return home with a job . Pathetic mindset of Higher management and both the MDs.

Nothing to dislike but my suggestion is because of a responsibilities and work load I missed some occasions and function with my family and friends .I really need sometime to spend with my family.

Good company but many people does not know about the diagnostic centre in Asansol. Needs more and proper marketing with proper and regular advertisements and bannering. Also the company needs proper digital marketing.
