I am working as an International Marketing Manager since June 2016, I found this great place to work Bosses are pretty good in almost every division. Except packaging division as this is the worst division of Supreme Industries. Carrer growth is very slow but yes job security is there 100% unless you will not do anything illegal or out of Companies code of conduct. Over all Company is wonderful.

Dislikes

Salary structure is below than market & same with the incentives & other compensation. Also there some staff who is working from last 20-25 years they think that company is their own property, however you need to deal with them smartly.

Highly recommend this company I would say the best work to place. How 5 years been passed and we didn’t know, work culture is just awesome, one who join this organisation and when he or she is on good package then any one can plan their retirement with this company.

If we leave the compensation part away then there is no dislikes about this company.

1- Disregard of Merit 2- Punishing attitude at the appraisal time 3- Discrimination at the Corporate and Plant Level 4- Smaller than penny appraisal 5- No saturday off, although 2 saturdays are off at corporate level 6- Leadership Vision

Best for to start your career here. You will get ground knowledge of every process . Supporting staff.

Growth opportunities is less. Salary is decent. Management didn't care about there employee . No standard are followed.
