...on't knew about company reality.Don't join Here just by seeing company building. after handover and doing all formalities still company not paid last salary. Just imagine from every last salary of employees how much money hold by company?Before I joined only heard that in past years 250+ employees are leaved due to poor management and unprofessional behavior. Also they didn't give previous employee last salary. they put false allegations on ex- employee for saving money and avoiding their salary. Suggestions new candidates don't join in such unprofessional company. Company have capability to grow more but, due to poor management and owner behaviour company don't have bright future. Also request naukri team to restrict this company to hiring new employees.

As it is small-scale company get to learn many things. As a fresher and learning point of view, it is a good start.

...rience. Corporate culture in the company is almost null. No friendly atmosphere. Salary problem is the big issue. HR Department is not qualified.

Without any geniun reason they are fired you from the job or transfer you to any other state with same salary with immediate effect. No proper channel being utilized. Not providing one month notice period for terminating your job. The owner of the business is always shooting to the employees not having boss attitude. That's why employees are regularly resigned from job. Worst experience.

Warning: Avoid this company at all costs! I had the misfortune of working at here, and it was a nightmare. The management is clueless, and the work culture is toxic. The Managing Director and management team are arrogant, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They yell, belittle, and humiliate employees regularly. The work environment is stressful, and employees are overworked and undervalued. There's no room for growth or development, and innovation is discouraged. The company only cares about profits, not people. I've seen many talented colleagues leave due to the unbearable work conditions. Don't be fooled by the company's glossy exterior - the interior is rotten. *Do not join this company!* You deserve better. Look elsewhere for a positive and supportive work environment.
