Senior management employees in corporate who are working there for last 10 to 15 years are not supporting new staff. Lot of politics. Employees without proper qualification are promoted to managerial position . Terrible company.

No job security, appraisal and salary hike is also very poor.

Not a good place to work for a fresher. Salary structure is very bad, no career growth , terms and conditions in joining letter are not suitable for a new comer.

...rations across all units in India, is highly toxic person - including 2 members. For instance, employees who want to retain their positions after reaching a salary of 35 to 40 are required to bow down to that person feet along with their family members in his birthday (i seen it personally mamy peoples doing this every year) and this person's behaviour resembles that of Hitler. Furthermore, the management seems to prioritize cost cutting by hiring contract labourers in the range of 12 to 14k instead of paying employees their due wages. The management also lacks regard for staff members often resorting to surveillance at the contract level. If any employee raises their voice again work related issues of contract workers then contact workers directly called to that management person, then employee face severe consequences. This hostile management approach leads to a lack of respect for staff members in all departments. Over all this company exhibits extremely poor management practices. Please don't get job here and don't feel hell here like me. But it is good for beginners who with in 15k per month salaried.

Salary structure is very poor , salary increments are worst and not on performance based , Work load is unequal and very high , Frequent departmental changes of employee is common thing

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a problem with new joine's that they didn't get any training before to go to shop flour, but there is implementing DOJO in company very shortly
