The job insecurity and the pay scale differ once joined. No skilled human resource only doing time pass in the office. the CEO wanted money from the project. development organization for the community betterment but no development.

Simple words. I like to say about support man to man help. They share the issues and I try to solve the issue. I like to support customer issues and resolved....!!

Some customer sometimes not support to IT support. Some mistakes and some misunderstanding happens. next time they are not communicate properly... !!
