...rules for those working on deputation and as per company rules for direct staff.The salary structure is different for both deputation staff and direct staff.Of the direct staff upper strata based on company rules and down line staff based on government rules.

Dislikes

The workers are in five strata.The direct staff of top management,staff deputed from civil supplies department,direct recruited down line staff,daily wage workers and contract workers. There is no clear coordination among the workers of supplyco till then.No special attention paid by the since then management to attain a work force culture in the organization.Innovative work is not at all welcomed by the management. The workers are insisted to follow the directives of the management guided by the government. Organizational politics is looming large in supplyco because of the existence of daily and contract workers who are appointed on recommendation of power politics. On certain occasion they over rule even the head of the office.The work environment is not stable because of the absence of an organizational culture.

Likes

Supplyco is a government organization. The people in the organization is least responsible about its growth and development. The government is not so serious about this organization and hence not allowing sufficient funds for its activities.

Dislikes

it is purely a pulic enterprise where the performance are not valued in true merit.
