Sorry Mostly to the management of SW SW has high potential and Atul's vision is amazing and on-site people are so amazing they are rocking and pillars of the SW. Perhaps to see the actual growth and development in the organization. Management has to revamp the Indian management. Specially change the Director of operations, managers, and AMs Observe their work and knowledge about the organization and where they see themselves down the line 10 year . And how well they take decision strategically for the growth or development of organization Honestly, i want to see SW the top in the TPRM industry

Work pressure, high high level of micro management, they say people first and client next but its absolutely nothing as such, chilling managers, Leads and AMs randomly select the Analyst to work on public Holidays especially on the occasions ( Indian Independence day, Republic day and Karnataka Rajyothsava and so on), and the most important thing AM keep call you or text on your weekend or weekoffs about the work status no business etiquette only, u have to forget your personal life should be available 365 days 24/7.
