...t anyone, even they fired almost half of the employees without any valid reason. They don't provide documents to their employees as well as they don't give the full salary. They didn't even inform the employees after they were out of projects. They force employees to work on holidays.

Dislikes

Unfortunately, there is nothing to be liked. Mr. Sanjay Chaudhary is highly influenced by Mr. Abhay Vadaliye who tortures the employees mentally and physically.

Likes

The seniors were good in this office and also our hr but Unfortunately we don't work in Supertron any more. Supertron has given us a huge and good support to its development sections but tellling them to leave the company but the end of April 2020.I have received a good support from here . Thanks to Supertron for making my job life most insecure.

Dislikes

Poor career growth and worst work environment that has been created by some senior (NON TECHNICAL) and our reporting person. Though I don't carry many years of work experience but still from here I learnt that for a job security there is big ZERO. If you want to leave the organisation then they will not let you go but if they want they can kick you out within a day without providing any document.

It's a nice place to work with for all kind of employees whether he / she is a fresher or mid level experienced or a professional with experience of 10 + years . This organization has a flat hierarchy so anbody can share their thoughts and excell in their desired domain It has a very homely environment with very cordial people. It was pleasure for me to be a part of the company.

Dislikes

Nothing as such . An organization is made of people so more good people it will have better work culture it will get .
