...employee in lockdown. Even they didn't provide salaries from March to till date. Also they deducted February month salary as all knows February month was fully working and mailed to employees they will pay rest salary in secciding month but they didn't provided till date. (15-jun).

Dislikes

...any employee to work from home. As per their work culture it could not possible. They just focus to deduct employees salary instead of change their working style.

Likes

No support during lockdown. Expections are double and salary disbursement is lower than half. Salary cut off and hold is like an ordinary practice. No meaning of any commitment made at the time of pre-joining interactions/interview rounds. How terms will be fixed if one wouldn't get the appointment letter even after a good chase. Anything can happen anytime. Uncertainty and risk at high level. Corporate work culture is similar to the earlier reviews nothing better. Not a good experience so far though I am attending office daily under such critical COVID scenerio and making all expenses out of my savings. Policies are too flexible. Actually it changes as per the will of mgt. For instance, the moment you feel happy for next day public holiday, you may get a holiday cancellation notification by the day end. One should be prepared to pay fines to join office on UP lockdown days as defined by govt.

Dislikes

...er expect a standard of corporate work culture and standard practices. It lacks. Further, one have to keep patience for fulfilment of commitments like first salary on time, issuance of appointment letter within 1 month, profile assignment as discussed during interview, enjoy tea and coffee, use hygienic and clean lavatory, medical policy, fixed work timings, freedom of lunch hour, etc. One rightly said that you will never get a friend at your work place.

Only salary comes on time. This is the only plus point.

Dislikes

No Trainings, No Learnings, No Work life balance. There are multiple whatsapp groups (more than 50 at my time) and I hate One message "Good Morning.... Update !!!" in the every morning around 6:30 AM. No body needs to set a alarm to wake up.

Salary was deferred initially, which has been taken care of now. Even though the industry is going through a tough phase, the company has managed not only to stay afloat, but also to support the employees.

Dislikes

There is minimal pressure, and that can really hurt someone who is very ambitious. I, for example, came from an agency and was used to firefighting. However, work is happening at a slow pace currently, which a person can change for himself/herself. It is important to ensure that you do not slip into your comfort zone and make space for yourself if you're an overperformer.

... High job security here and management is good. No overload stress of work here. You will get a salary and perks on time. All the employee benefits will be provided by the company as well as performance based rewards. Training sessions are also provided by the company. My experience from day one since my joining in Supertech is very good and satisfied. I learned a lot here.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow. Work culture is medium.
