I will never prefer to anyone to join this company.......

Everything there is no job security no career growth no appraisal and main thing is that when you will resign the company they will blame you and will not clear your full and final which is a big issue Another thing is that your boss is only 27year old inexperienced person who neither know the meaning of Facility but he is the Newfie of builder so he is the Facility head that’s a big issue.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
